A large facilities maintenance and support services provider this organisation works in partnership with some of the UK s best known public sector organisations and private companies. Operating in a range of sectors they provide regular maintenance services energy management advice consultancy mission critical engineering support and moves management project management services.As Business Development Manager you will be reporting directly to the Regional Director with responsibility for promoting the organisation and their services through networking market research and direct contact with client organisations. You will be charged with actively winning hard and soft services maintenance minor works and refurbishment contracts for buildings within the public and private sector. In this role you will be leading the North West business development function including bid management developing maintaining client relationships researching and approaching opportunities as well as making commercial decisions regarding the viability of contracts.When applying for this position it is essential that you either have current or recent experience of working within a business development orientated role winning Hard Fm maintenance contracts for M&amp E and or building fabric works. It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the field winning work within the public and private sector as well as developed relationships with key contacts within the industry.
