We are currently recruiting a chef manager for our prestigious client based in Manchester from a 2 Rosette background or higher at head chef level. Your brief is to maintain and develop the core values of our client the position gives you autonomy to write your own seasonal menus co-ordinate staff and develop a your individual restaurant in connection with the client with added benefit of working reasonable and social hours which are generally 7.30am 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional evening special events and client dinners. We are currently seeking a highly experienced chef capable of managing our stunning venue this position requires someone with a flair for fine dining and classic cooking. The individual will be required to Create and serve imaginative food which is designed to exceed expectations. Use fresh locally sourced ingredients. Be innovative. lead and motivate a team. Provide training. Manage front of house detail. manage correct health and safety policy. Stock take weekly. Identify training needs. Undertake any special projects. Menu planning. This position is working mainly daytime 730am 530pm with occasional events till 8pm. It requires someone who has an excellent attitude to delivering great service.
