This family owned specialist retailer are entering a period of growth and require an experienced retail manager to join their team. The owners of the business will still have a presence in the shop however they now look for support with the day to day management and operation of this successful branch. Alongside previous retail management experience you will be used to having a very hands on approach to working with customers. Key responsibilities will include Managing a team of retail sales staff Managing customer technical queries and problems Taking control of the day to day retail operation and processes Pricing and infantry of goods Merchandising and displaying of stock Monitoring of the branch budgets Serving customers providing product knowledge and upselling of goods A fantastically unique role and an excellent opportunity to be part of one of Cheshires finest retail institutions.
