We are a small entrepreneurial but rapidly expanding on-line soft furnishings company. Having experienced year on year growth since inception 5 years ago we are now looking for a bright individual to help in all aspects of our business. We would like a bright commercial graduate trainee to learn all aspects of business and grow with the company. A degree in business It finance or maths is desirable along with Advanced Excel skills. Your main focus will be to ensure orders are processed on our order management system checking and entering of invoices onto our computer based ledger liaising with suppliers listing of new items on to various web platforms and maintaining databases. Once you have learnt the basics of how our business works you will start looking after your own sales channel be involved in financial analysis of products and markets and ensuring opportunities are maximised both in the UK and abroad. As well as this due to the small team that you will be working with during very busy periods you will also provide support in other areas of the business. This role would suit someone who is commercial bright and is looking to expand their knowledge base and experience in a fast moving ambitious company. The starting salary will be modest but once you can prove yourself and make a positive contribution to the bottom line your salary will be reflected accordingly. Because the company is growing so fast your development and progression will only be limited by your own abilities Requirements Good written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 5 Gcse (or equivalent) grades C and above Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work on own initiative Previous office administration experience is desirable Salary £11700 13500 depending on experience.
